Advanced Aesthetics Course

The Advanced Aesthetics Course is a one-day, physician-led program for injectors who already perform foundational treatments and are ready to progress into higher-impact contouring and complex zone work.

Led by Dr Parisa Soltani and Dr Aida Owlia, the course focuses on advanced assessment, proportion planning, and safer technique in higher-risk areas including temples, tear troughs, jawline, and nose.

You will refine needle and cannula control, strengthen anatomy-driven decision making, and learn how to plan treatments with clearer sequencing, documentation, and patient communication.

What You Will Learn

The Advanced Aesthetics Course is structured around five learning pillars that deepen anatomy-led clinical judgment, refined technique, and strategic treatment planning across higher-risk facial zones. Training emphasizes facial balance, patient suitability, and disciplined decision-making required for advanced injectable practice.

Advanced Facial Assessment & Proportion Analysis

  • Full-face assessment using vertical thirds, horizontal fifths, and dynamic vs static evaluation.
  • Identifying age-related structural change while preserving facial identity.
  • Prioritizing treatment zones to achieve balance, proportion, and safe outcomes.

High-Risk Anatomy for Advanced Zones

  • Vascular mapping for temples, tear troughs, jawline, forehead, and nose.
  • Safe injection planes, depth awareness, and anatomical danger zones.
  • Indications, contraindications, and appropriate patient selection for higher-risk injectable treatments.
  • Adjunct exposure to ultrasound-assisted vascular awareness using Clarius where applicable.

Cannula & Needle Decision-Making

  • Clinical frameworks for cannula vs needle selection in advanced areas.
  • Safer tissue entry, vector control, and depth management strategies.
  • Multi-plane layering techniques for structural support and contour refinement.

Product Selection & Layering Strategies

  • Selecting fillers based on rheology, cohesivity, projection, and tissue interaction.
  • Layered treatment planning for longevity and natural integration.
  • Integrating neuromodulators, fillers and biostimulants within full-face treatment sequencing.

Complex Case Planning & Complication Readiness

  • Managing asymmetry and restoring facial balance in higher-complexity cases.
  • Treatment staging, expectation management, and informed consent for advanced zones.
  • Early complication recognition with clear escalation pathways and safety checkpoints.

Your Training Experience
